Battlefield LIVE™ draws on the worldwide megatrend of gaming to offer customers a chance to live out their Hollywood hero fantasies. This live game taps directly into the thrill of first person shooter video games and action blockbusters.

Battlefield Sports™ makes gaming guns, patent-pending inflatables and writes “Live-Plays” – just like a screen play – for gamers to participate in live action scenarios.

DEFINITION: Live-Play (noun) The script for a live action scenario, including mission objectives, descriptions of scenes and props (such as which gaming guns will be used), and if relevant, team backgrounds.

Their gaming guns shoot infrared “bullets” and have high-tech sensors which enable the games to be played in the forest, on snowfields, or purpose-built battlegrounds. Their games have a military theme, where the mission objectives of each team often interfere with the opposition’s creating a mock war game.

We take computer games from a keyboard experience and morph it into a live, interactive sport, your chance to play rpg games for real! Gamers take their skills from virtual matches into woodlands or a labyrinth of obstacles.

The scenarios in this compilation are written to provide examples of a range of Live Plays that Battlefield Sports™ has found to work well for different groups and different needs. The Live-Plays cover a diverse range of tactical and role playing situations.

Some Live-Plays are specific to a type of terrain. For example our WWII Stalingrad Live-Play needs an urban area (buildings and/or infrastructure) to work properly. Some of the Vietnam era Live-Plays rely on dense forest.

Traditional arena sports were almost wholly about a sci-fi themed game played with plastic “phasers” with a score sheet issued at the end of play showing individual player’s rankings.

From the best scoring play to the worst. With Battlefield LIVE™ instead there is no individual scores at all. Rather the focus is entirely upon achieving team objectives. Typical forest missions include capture and hold a Base Assault or Encounter Assault or VIP Escort. The Death Match game can be played either indoors or outdoors.
